Product overview
Threaded Anchors

Threaded transport anchors are suitable for the transport of precast concrete units, like slabs, beams and walls. Whether very thin units or platforms – depending on the type of unit, different anchors can be chosen. Axial, diagonal and lateral tension is realisable with PHILIPP transport anchors.
Lifting Devices for Threaded Anchors

Fitting to the threaded transport anchors there are CE-conform lifting devices for each application available. If axial, diagonal or lateral tension – there is always a particular lifting device. Not only slabs, beams and walls can be handled, PHILIPP also offers an ideal solution for shafts and tanks.
Power System SL

The PHILIPP Power System SL is a special transport anchor system which has a left thread against mixing and consists of 4 types (load groups). At each of the four thread sizes higher bearing capacities in thinner walls were reached compared with the standard threaded anchor system. Slim units can be lifted more easily.
Cast-in Lifting Hoops

The cast-in hoops can transfer very high loads and are therefore appropriate for heavy and massive units. The steel wire ends of the hoops are crimped and consist of blank or galvanised steel. A special lifting device is not required.
Connecting technique for approved connections

Connecting device for force and form-fit connections with German approval. The Power Duo, Power Box and Power Rail System can transfer shear forces parallel and at right angles to the joint and be applied in walls with a minimum thickness of 14cm. Fields of application can be elevator shafts, wall bearings above gates or wall stiffener.
Connecting technique for structural application

Connecting device for a form-fit connection of precast units. The flexibility of the loops allows an easy mounting of the walls between columns or other existing units. The structural connection is suitable for interior walls or outer walls which do not transfer any loads. The generated joint can be closed with an elastic joint seal which has primarily in the fair faced concrete a nice visual effect.
Sandwich Anchor System

If concrete elements are designed as sandwich construction, the load bearing, insulation and facing layer are connected by sandwich panel anchors. PHILIPP offers a special design software which is free of cost and supports the engineer during the planning of the approved sandwich panel anchor system.
Fixing System

Different variations of fixing inserts can be used for fixation of e.g. braces onto concrete elements during the construction process.
Noise Reduction System

The approved noise reduction system is applicable in many ways and also suitable for straight and coiled precast stairs. The variable system can be combined with different threaded anchors and offers therefore numerous possibilities for different stair slopes.
Spherical Head System

This self contained system can be handled very easily through coupling on and off the lifting clutch. Due to its efficiency the system is suitable for e.g. the serial production of tubes.
KH System

The PHILIPP KH System is a harmonized system which offers the applier the possibility to minimize and cover openings which are generated by transport anchors in precast concrete units. The KH system consists of a fixing device which fastens the anchor at the mould and a stainless steel sealing cap which covers the recesses later in a nice visual way.
Hole Anchor System

This self contained system can be handled very easily through coupling on and off the lifting clutch. Due to its efficiency the system is suitable for e.g. the serial production of tubes.
Light Weight Concrete and Masonry Anchors

Concrete units which consist of light weight concrete can only be handled or connected by installing special parts. The design of the anchorage ensures the safe compound between the installed part and concrete. Masonry can be transported by using masonry anchors.
Earthing Technique

The earthing technique from PHILIPP is used for the safe earthing of concrete units and is approved by the Austrian and German Federal Railways.
Splicing Systems

Splicing systems are used to connect precast concrete units with another or to connect in-situ elements with precast concrete units. The PHILIPP Splicing System has a KIWA approval and is available in different thread sizes.
