We would like to inform you that, starting from February 1, 2024, we will be introducing a toll fee of €8.35 per delivery. This decision has been made due to the increasing costs associated with toll fees and infrastructural challenges, ensuring that we can continue to provide you with smooth and reliable delivery services.

The toll fee will be applied to each delivery, regardless of the distance. We understand that fee increases are difficult to accept, especially when they are based on political decisions at the federal and European Parliament levels, over which we have no control.

Details regarding the toll fee will be clearly indicated on your invoices, ensuring clear tracking and transparency. The toll fee is calculated per delivery. By consolidating your orders and avoiding small orders, you can reduce the costs incurred. No toll fee will be charged for pickups at our company locations.
